Overview
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic
Front Desk Administrator
to join our team in
Jeddah.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our visitors, clients, and employees while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Manage visitor registration, access, and security procedures
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries
Maintain and organize front desk records and logs
Support document processing, filing, scanning, and printing
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms
Ensure reception area is clean, professional, and well-organized
Monitor and maintain office supplies and raise purchase requests
Follow up on requests/tasks to ensure timely completion
Support basic system updates and administrative tracking (where applicable)
Assist with onboarding support (visitor passes, coordination, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers
Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organization and multitasking ability
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Previous experience in front desk/admin role is a plus
