The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will help create a warm and refined dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and guest concerns
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a polished and organized reception area
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Currently based in Riyadh is an advantage
