Receptionist / Front Desk Officer – Construction Company
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Front Desk Officer with experience in the Dubai construction industry.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors while providing administrative and front office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, contractors, and suppliers professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain reception area and ensure a professional office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and staff appointments
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases
- Support HR and administration with documentation and attendance records
- Coordinate with project teams, site staff, and vendors when required
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and official documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer in a Dubai-based construction company.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of construction office operations and documentation is preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
