Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.
As the face of the company, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression for all visitors and callers.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing phone and email communications, scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
In addition, you will assist with a variety of administrative duties such as maintaining records, coordinating office supplies, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a courteous, professional demeanor are essential.
Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications is required, while previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
