Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Manage incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and schedule appointments as required.
• Ensure visitors are informed of expected waiting times and are made comfortable during their visit.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and courier coordination.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain files, forms, applications, and informational materials.
• Support showroom operations by maintaining an organized, clean, and presentable reception and waiting area.
• Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and visitor accommodations when required.
• Provide administrative support and cover for clerical staff as needed.
• Communicate any operational concerns or customer issues to the Showroom Supervisor promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Showroom Supervisor or Sales Manager.

Role Purpose

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or secretarial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Software Skills: Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
