Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and manage front desk operations
- Handle appointments, bookings, and inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails)
- Provide information on services, packages, and promotions to support upselling
- Maintain accurate guest records, appointments, and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Address customer concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling (if required)
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in receptionist or front desk roles
- Experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness industry preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good sales and upselling skills
- Presentable with a professional personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / booking systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
