Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and manage front desk operations
  • Handle appointments, bookings, and inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails)
  • Provide information on services, packages, and promotions to support upselling
  • Maintain accurate guest records, appointments, and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Address customer concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic cash handling (if required)
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in receptionist or front desk roles
  • Experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Good sales and upselling skills
  • Presentable with a professional personality
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / booking systems
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
