Job Overview
Valera Clinics is seeking a polished, customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
The ideal candidate will deliver a premium patient experience, manage front desk operations efficiently, and support the clinic’s daily workflow with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages promptly
- Guide patients through services, offers, and basic treatment information
- Coordinate patient flow with doctors, therapists, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM systems
- Handle billing, invoices, and basic cash/card transactions
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and aligned with clinic standards
- Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and retention
- Support marketing campaigns by communicating promotions to patients
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or aesthetic center (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems, booking software, and Microsoft office
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments is a plus
