About the Role
**Maison Abelane Polyclinic** is looking for a professional and friendly **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our patients.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth patient experience and maintaining high standards of customer service and clinic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
- Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
- Entering and updating patient information accurately
- Coordinating between doctors and patients
- Handling front desk operations efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Following up with patients when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist (preferably in a medical or aesthetic clinic)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
- Customer service oriented personality
