Overview
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to attorneys, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Translate legal documents, contracts, affidavits, agreements, and other legal materials between Arabic and English with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare, proofread, format, and review legal documents, letters, reports, and correspondence.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, government authorities, courts, and external parties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, telephone inquiries, and document filing systems.
- Organize and maintain confidential client files, legal records, and case documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, court dates, deadlines, and other legal appointments.
- Review translated documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal terminology.
- Assist the legal team with administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
