The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Process patient registrations and payments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy healthcare environment.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
