Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.

Daily tasks include handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating meeting room bookings, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.

The role also involves basic clerical support such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

The Receptionist will work closely with internal teams to relay messages promptly, support office coordination, and uphold a welcoming atmosphere for clients, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing a front desk, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient Phone Etiquette, including answering, screening, and routing calls clearly and efficiently.
  • Solid Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, basic document preparation, and use of office equipment.
  • Comfort using office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front-desk role, ideally within corporate, industrial, or services sectors, is an advantage.
  • Diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or similar fields is a plus.
