About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing luxury properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
• Negotiate contracts and close transactions effectively.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote luxury listings through various channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury property segment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Ability to build relationships with affluent clients and investors.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.
