Role Description

The Luxury Real Estate Professional will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle for high-end residential properties in Abu Dhabi, including prospecting, listing, marketing, and closing transactions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, requiring regular in-person client meetings, property tours, and coordination with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining a portfolio of luxury properties, conducting market research and property valuations, preparing listing presentations, and advising clients on pricing, negotiation, and investment opportunities.

The role involves delivering exceptional client service, promptly responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication throughout every stage of the transaction.

The professional will also collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property campaigns, support open houses and private viewings, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, including knowledge of luxury residential markets and property valuation.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a track record of building relationships and converting leads into successful transactions.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes, local regulations, and project timelines in Abu Dhabi or the broader UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth clients and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools for lead management, property listings, and market analysis.
  • Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for client meetings and property viewings.
  • Relevant real estate license or certification in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one) is preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end client-facing roles is highly beneficial.
