Role Description
The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The person in this role will guide clients through the full real estate sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options that align with client needs and budgets.
Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up with potential buyers and sellers, preparing and delivering proposals, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing processes.
The Sales Consultant will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with internal teams on marketing and listing strategies, and stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and regulations.
This role also involves building strong relationships through consistent communication, ensuring a high-quality, professional, and seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with proven experience guiding clients through complex decisions and transactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling concerns, and delivering a smooth client journey.
- Candidates should possess advanced Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to present information confidently.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or property consulting in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort using CRM tools, digital listing platforms, and basic office software to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Abu Dhabi, including flexibility for evenings and weekends based on client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
- Professional, ethical, and client-centered approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
