We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products and services, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, social media, or in person to understand their needs.
- Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Update customer records and sales activities in the company database or CRM system.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or a related role preferred.
