Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify property acquisition and development opportunities.
- Manage real estate transactions from initial inquiries through closing.
- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on listings, market trends, and transaction processes.
- Negotiate sale or lease terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay informed about regulations, market conditions, and industry changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments on real estate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
- Strong understanding of market trends, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with clients and investors.
- Strong analytical ability to assess property values and market conditions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
