We are seeking a skilled and persuasive **Real Estate Sales Negotiator** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in closing successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries, qualifying leads and identifying client needs
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and investment consultations
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve successful outcomes
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and confidence
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or negotiation‑focused roles is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections, close deals, and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
