About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Registration Officer to manage our property registration processes and ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws.
The ideal candidate will be the key link between our development projects and government entities, contributing to the transformation of Abu Dhabi's real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage all transactions on the
Dari & Tamm
- platform (Registration, Cancellation, Resale and Title Deed issuance).
- Handle Off-plan project registrations and interim pre-registration and title deeds.
- Liaise with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre
- (ADREC).
- Review Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
•
1-3 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi Real Estate sector (Developer or Law firm background preferred).
•
Proven expertise in using the
Dari & Tamm
- Platform and Municipal systems.
- Preferred: Knowledge of ADREC regulations regarding Service Charges and Master Community management.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in verifying technical documents and SPA clauses to avoid registration errors.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
