Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of agents, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
You will work closely with leadership to build a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative sales culture.
Candidate Profile
- We are looking for a professional who:
- Has a minimum of
- 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within a Dubai real estate brokerage
- **KPI**
- driven
- Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Has a proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Is confident, professional, and highly organised
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with room to grow
- Speaks English fluently
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents
- Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance
- Onboard, and train new agents
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to maximise team success
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth strategies
- Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
