Key Responsibilities
- **CRM & Listing Management:**
- Maintain, audit, and optimize premium property listings across leading UAE property portals and internal CRM systems.
- **Contract Preparation:**
- Draft precise tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and standard real estate legal documentation for leasing and sales transactions.
- **Transaction Compliance:**
- Track, organize, and process critical transaction paperwork from the initial client offer through to successful closing and handover.
- **Stakeholder Liaison:**
- Act as a professional, reliable point of contact between property developers, landlords, tenants, and our internal brokerage team.
- **Office Coordination:**
- Manage operational calendars, schedule premium client appointments, handle general administrative tasks, and keep daily office functions running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative, operational support, or executive assistant role (prior experience in Dubai real estate or familiarity with property portals/CRMs is a major advantage).
- Flawless organizational skills and an acute attention to detail. Errors don't slide past you.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented demeanor.
- The capability to prioritize heavy workloads and multitask efficiently under pressure.
