Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Manager to become a part of our exciting team at Profile Group Properties L.L.C.
The Manager will be in charge of representing our collection of opulent homes, fostering connections with clients and assisting with real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
- Set individual sales targets and KPI's with the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards for sales activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi market, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, property management software).
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions.
- Professional real estate license required.
- Must speak English & Arabic
