Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager only to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading the team, and achieving strong results in the real estate market.

This position is strictly for candidates with proven experience in real estate sales within the UAE, who are looking for a stable role with real career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Analyze the Abu Dhabi real estate market and identify opportunities
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
  • Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role
  • Must hold a valid UAE Real Estate Broker License
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in closing real estate deals (strong closing ability is a must).
  • Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
  • Results-driven and highly motivated personality
  • English is required (Arabic is an advantage)
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
