Join Our Team at Rose Island Real Estate

We are a growing real estate brokerage company based in Dubai, Rose Island Real Estate, specializing in premium real estate services and investment opportunities across the UAE.

We are looking to attract motivated and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team.

If you are passionate about sales and real estate and looking for a real opportunity to earn a strong income and grow your career, we would be happy to receive your application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and understand their property requirements.
  • Provide suitable solutions for buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Generate new leads and build strong client relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Negotiate and successfully close deals.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Update client and property information in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams when required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Professional, ambitious, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Real estate experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is a plus.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary of AED 2,000 + 30% commission on closed deals during the first month.
  • After the first month, the role becomes commission-based only.
  • **Work Location:** Dubai, UAE (In-person)
  • Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
