About Us

Rose Island Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage company in the UAE, committed to delivering professional real estate services and maintaining a productive work environment.

We are currently looking for a professional and well-organized Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations between sales agents, marketing, and management teams
  • Handle and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule property viewings, meetings, and internal appointments
  • Maintain and update CRM records, leads, and property data
  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Monitor and follow up on leads to ensure timely response
  • Prepare basic reports, documents, and internal communication materials
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency within the team
  • Support general office coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Previous experience in coordination, admin, or real estate preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
  • Preferred Candidate
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate brokerage environment is an advantage

Salary Details

  • Starting from AED 3,000 per month and will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.
  • Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
