We are a growing real estate brokerage company in the United Arab Emirates, providing premium real estate and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team.
If you are passionate about sales and looking for a real opportunity to achieve high income and grow your career, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their property needs
- Provide suitable solutions for buying, selling, and renting properties
- Generate new leads and develop client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Negotiate and close deals successfully
- Follow up with clients and build long-term relationships
- Update client and property information on CRM systems
- Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams when required
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Professional and ambitious personality
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi or Dubai property market is preferred
- CRM and social media knowledge is a plus
- Driving license is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and ambition are welcome to apply
Salary Details
Starting salary is AED 2,000 per month + commission, depending on experience and performance during the interview.
Preferred Candidates
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
- Candidates with good English communication skills are required
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
- A valid driving license is preferred
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Real estate experience is an advantage
- Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
