Qualifications
- The Perfect Match: What you bring
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) Real Estate industry, with a strong knowledge of the market.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, leveraging collective expertise and resources.

Role Description
- The Main Event: What you’ll do
- Establish and develop business relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales;
- Guide customers through the home buying process, offering assistance and advice to help them find the right property in the luxury segment;
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings;
- Utilize market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information;
- Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base;
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
