About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a Technical Writer with strong experience in the Real Estate industry to lead the creation, management, and governance of high-quality technical and business documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for real estate platforms, systems, and business processes.
- Document end-to-end workflows including property management, leasing, sales, and asset management systems.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Business Analysts, Developers, and Real Estate Operations teams.
- Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, structured documentation.
- Create and maintain:
+ Business Process Documentation (BPD)
+ User Manuals and Training Guides
+ System Functional Specifications
- Ensure documentation aligns with real estate compliance standards and internal governance policies.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate technical and business accuracy.
- Maintain version control and ensure all documentation is updated with system enhancements.
- Develop internal knowledge base content to support operational teams.
- Support training teams with structured learning materials and onboarding documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical writing or business documentation.
Strong experience in Real Estate industry (mandatory or highly preferred).
Solid understanding of real estate operations (leasing, sales, property management, CRM systems).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong ability to simplify complex technical and business processes.
Experience
working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
Preferred
- Experience with Real Estate ERP / CRM systems
- Knowledge of property lifecycle management systems
- Experience supporting digital transformation projects in Real Estate companies
- Exposure to enterprise-level documentation governance
