About This Role
Client Consultation
- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, investment goals, and budget.
- Provide advice on the best property options based on the client’s needs
Market Research
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the real estate market.
- Conduct research to identify suitable properties for clients.
Property Tours and Viewings
- Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
- Showcase the features of the property and answer questions during the tour.
Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Assist in drafting contracts and ensuring the smooth closure of deals.
Networking and Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, other consultants, and real estate professionals.
- Leverage these relationships to provide more opportunities and stay informed about market changes.
Ongoing Client Support
- Provide after-sales or post-transaction support, including helping clients with property management, renovations, or legal issues that arise.
& Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored advice.
- Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and contracts.
- Previous experience in real estate or property sales is often preferred.
