We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai - Business Bay.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales leads
- Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain client databases
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or direct sales preferred in Dubai
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus
- English required; Arabic or Russian is an advantage
