Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to market and sell premium Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties while providing exceptional service to buyers, sellers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify buyer and seller leads.
- Market Off-Plan and Secondary properties.
- Conduct negotiations and property viewings.
- Advise clients on pricing and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain an active property portfolio.
- Coordinate transactions with developers, banks and legal teams.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Sufficient Dubai real estate experience.
- Proven record of recent successful property sales.
- Strong market knowledge.
- RERA Broker Card.
- UAE Driving Licence preferred.
Monthly Kpis
- **Outbound calls**
- **Client Meetings**
- **Property viewings**
- Maintain minimum **95% CRM compliance**
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
