Roles and Responsibilities

Install floor and wall tiles, marble, granite, ceramic, and other flooring materials.

Perform floor fixing, tile laying, grouting, polishing, and finishing works.

Measure, cut, shape, and fit tiles and flooring materials accurately.

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, waterproofing, and applying adhesives.

Carry out cement work, screeding, plastering, and surface preparation.

Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of flooring installations.

Repair, replace, and maintain damaged flooring, tiles, and masonry structures.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets project standards.

Operate and maintain masonry tools, tile cutters, grinders, and related equipment.

Coordinate with supervisors and other construction team members.

Follow all site safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry, floor fixing, tile installation, or related construction work.

Strong knowledge of floor fixing techniques and construction materials.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and measurements.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
