Real Estate Broker – Off-Plan & Secondary Market
We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate Broker to market and sell Dubai’s premium Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties while delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify buyer and seller leads.
- Market Off-Plan and Secondary properties.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings and negotiations.
- Advise clients on pricing, investment opportunities and market trends.
- Build a strong portfolio of listings and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate transactions with developers, mortgage consultants and legal teams.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
- Strong knowledge of both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
- Must have completed at least one successful property sale within the last 3–6 months.
- RERA Broker Card (or eligibility to obtain one).
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
