Client Relationship Manager – Dubai Real Estate
We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client’s real estate journey.
The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships with buyers and investors while coordinating with our sales team to ensure seamless transactions across Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships from inquiry to post-sale.
- Assist clients with Off-Plan and Secondary Market property requirements.
- Coordinate with Property Investment Advisors and Brokers.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain CRM records.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent service.
- Keep clients updated on new launches, promotions, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
- Strong understanding of Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- CRM proficiency and strong organizational abilities.
- English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
