About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Consultant to join our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will work closely with the team to drive growth, establish new business relationships, and maintain existing partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement overall business strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Team Leader.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 deal closure in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
Knowledge of real estate sales techniques and market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed.
