Hiring: Real Estate Recruiter – Secondary Market (Dubai)
We’re looking for a
well-connected, high-performing recruiter
who knows Dubai’s
secondary (resale) market inside out
and has direct access to top agents.
This is not a typical HR role.
If you can
move talent, bring in proven brokers, and build a strong resale team
, we want to speak with you.
What You’ll Do
- Headhunt and attract
- top-performing secondary market agents
- Leverage your network to bring in
- active brokers and deal-makers
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build a strong pipeline of
- resale-focused professionals
- Play a key role in
- scaling a high-performing secondary sales team
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor hiring activity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in
- real estate recruitment in Dubai (mandatory)
- Strong network of
- secondary market agents and brokers
- Track record of
- building and scaling sales teams
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s resale market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and headhunting skills
- Driven, competitive, and results-focused mindset
- Additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Portuguese) are a plus
