Key Responsibilities

• 1. **Recruitment:**
• Utilize various sourcing techniques such as networking, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for roles within the real estate agency or brokerage.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• 2. **Training and Development:**
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of real estate professionals, including new agents and experienced agents seeking career advancement.
• Cover a range of topics including sales techniques, contract negotiation, market trends, technology tools, and compliance regulations.
• Deliver training sessions through various formats such as workshops, webinars, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
• 3. **Retention Strategies:**
• Identify factors contributing to agent retention and develop strategies to enhance retention rates.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive company culture that values diversity and promotes collaboration.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to agents to help them overcome challenges and achieve their professional goals.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing agents and identify areas for improvement.
• 4. **Market Research and Trends:**
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market research to inform recruitment and training strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate recruitment, training, or sales.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and training tools.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
