We are seeking a skilled and persuasive **Real Estate Negotiation Specialist** to join our team and play a key role in closing successful property transactions across Abu Dhabi’s dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to secure optimal outcomes
  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries, qualifying leads and identifying client needs
  • Conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and investment consultations
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
  • Manage objections, structure offers, and facilitate smooth deal progression
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, confidence, and strong negotiation acumen

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or negotiation‑focused roles is preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
