We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-quality real estate leads.
Position Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating and nurturing property buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant leads through various online and offline channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Abu Dhabi real estate lead generation and a strong understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified real estate leads through digital platforms, property portals, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase business opportunities
- Identify potential buyers, tenants, property owners, and investors
- Manage and maintain lead databases within the CRM system
- Qualify incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales consultants
- Track lead performance and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market research to identify new lead sources and business opportunities
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and maximize conversion potential
- Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities and results
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate lead generation (mandatory)
- Proven experience generating and qualifying real estate leads
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and property portals
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing strategies
- Understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends
- Experience supporting real estate sales teams
Important Note
Only candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of Abu Dhabi real estate lead generation experience will be considered.
