We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to support our expanding leasing operations.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting prospective tenants with suitable properties, managing leasing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless rental experience from initial contact through contract completion.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries received through phone calls, email, social media, and property portals
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Present property features, rental terms, and community amenities clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through leasing procedures and required documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants
- Collaborate with property management and administrative teams to facilitate successful lease transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and leasing updates within the company CRM system
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on tenant preferences
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi property market is advantageous
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own vehicle for property viewings and client meetings
