Job Summary

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments across various industries.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
• Support the development of new service offerings and expansion strategies to enhance company profitability.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen business engagement.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments during project handover and execution phases.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Sales Performance & Revenue Generation

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales pipelines, business opportunities, and conversion performance.
• Prepare regular business development reports, forecasts, and KPI analyses for management review.
• Recommend strategies to improve revenue growth, market positioning, and return on investment.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and project teams to align business goals.
• Support and mentor junior sales or business development staff when required.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking functions.
• Contribute to creating a high-performance and client-focused business culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• MBA or professional business certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in business development or corporate sales within the UAE.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, F&B, facility management, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, tendering processes, and commercial practices.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
