Rose Island Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage company in the UAE, committed to delivering professional real estate services and maintaining a productive work environment.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost control
- Support payroll processing and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
- Prior experience in real estate brokerage accounting is an advantage
Salary Details
Starting from AED 3,000 per month and will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
