FGREALTY is seeking a Real Estate Consultant for its sales and leasing teams.
The consultant advises clients on buying, selling, and renting properties and helps them navigate the property market.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on property sales, purchases, and rentals.
- Conduct market research and property valuations.
- Manage client relationships from lead generation through closing.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and paperwork.
- Build a network of buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in real estate sales or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Real estate license or certification is a plus.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 1,300 to QAR 13,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
