The role handles calls and client follow-up, generates leads, arranges viewings, and provides information about listings and services.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, answer inquiries, and introduce properties, projects, and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads from property portals, social media, campaigns, and other channels; identify client requirements, budgets, locations, and timelines.
- Schedule viewings and appointments for agents, coordinate lead follow-up, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Provide accurate property and service information; handle complaints and escalate complex matters as appropriate.
- Engage existing clients, support lead conversion, meet call and lead targets, and report activity and client feedback to management.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least one year of experience as a Call Centre Agent in the real estate industry.
- Previous experience in lead generation, client follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette; good customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, meet targets, stay organized, and work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred, and additional languages are advantageous.
Pay
- The posting states pay of QAR 4–6,000 per month.
Work location
- The role is in person in Doha, Qatar.
