The designer will work under creative direction while independently developing concepts and delivering polished designs.
Responsibilities
- Design property advertisements, social media creatives, campaign visuals, brochures, presentations, and banners.
- Translate briefs into clear, visually compelling designs.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, layout, and visual quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, photography, and video teams.
- Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print.
- Manage revisions, organize files, and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong professional portfolio.
- Excellent typography, composition, layout, and image treatment skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; After Effects is a plus.
- Ability to follow creative direction and independently deliver work.
- Real estate marketing experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools for design and visual creation is a plus.
