We specialize in buying, selling, and leasing properties in both the secondary market and off-plan projects for investors and end users.
Our mission is to provide exceptional service, expert guidance, and a seamless experience for our clients throughout their real estate journey.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license & own car
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market preferred
- Fluent in English (Additional languages is a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional mindset
High Commission Structure
- Starting
- 60/40 commission split
- for Senior Property Consultants, with clear growth based on performance.
Property Finder Listings
- Your listings will be advertised on
Property Finder
for maximum market exposure and qualified leads.
Full Admin Support
- Dedicated admin team handling contracts, paperwork, coordination, and backend processes.
Telesales Support
- Lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment setting to keep your pipeline active.
Professional Photography & Videography
- In-house videographer and photographer for secondary market listings.
Developer Access
- Direct access to top developers across
Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Visa & RERA Support
- We
- cover Emirates ID, residence visa, and RERA exam expenses
