Real Estate Consultants
to join our Dubai team.
Experience
in Dubai real estate is preferred, but not required.
This is a
full-time, commission-only role
, suited to individuals who are commercially driven and looking to build a long-term career in real estate within a structured, high-performance environment.
We provide full training, support, and infrastructure to help you develop into a successful real estate professional.
Role Overview
The role involves advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of properties across Dubai, while building and managing a pipeline of opportunities.
You will be responsible for sourcing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions, and delivering a high standard of client service.
You will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams, benefiting from a platform that prioritises strategy, execution, and long-term performance across market cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, list, and market properties across Dubai
- Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and present opportunities professionally
- Negotiate and close transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and processes
Profile We’re Looking For
- Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but not required
- Background in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and confident
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and operate in a commission-based structure
