Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Conversion:** Proactively contact, nurture, and convert the provided leads into viewings and deals.
- **Client Management:** Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through the entire transaction process in the UAE market.
- **Deal Closing:** Negotiate effectively, prepare necessary paperwork, and skillfully close sales and leasing deals.
- **Market Expertise:** Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, trends, and communities.
- **Collaboration:** Work alongside our experienced team to leverage their market insights and strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
- **Ideal Candidate:** 0.5 to 5 years of proven experience closing real estate deals in the **UAE market**.
- **Freshers are Welcome!** Highly motivated newcomers with a strong sales mindset and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- **Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**
- **Self-motivated, ambitious, and resilient with a strong desire to earn high income.**
- **Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.**
- **Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi,Urdu etc.) are a major plus.**
