Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent to join a growing team.
As a key player in client-facing operations, you will guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the property journey, offering expert advice, strategic insight, and world-class service.
This role combines sales expertise, market intelligence, and relationship management to help clients make confident real estate decisions in one of the world’s fastest-growing property markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, and landlords across Dubai’s property sectors
- Conduct property listings, market appraisals, and in-person/virtual viewings
- Stay ahead of real estate trends, legal updates, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements with a focus on maximizing client satisfaction
- Build and nurture a strong network of clients, investors, developers, and co-agents
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and real estate platforms
- Deliver exceptional service with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s property laws, communities, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to build trust and deliver results in a high-performance sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and organized with the ability to manage your time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms (e.g. Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
