Real Estate Consultant
.
This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and ambitious freshers who are eager to establish a long-term career in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Role Overview
The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding investment requirements, and facilitating property transactions across Dubai’s primary and secondary markets.
The role requires a high level of professionalism, market awareness, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Identify client needs and offer tailored property solutions based on investment goals
- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and investors
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, listings, and lead management
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred (not mandatory for freshers with strong potential)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
- Strong ambition, self-motivation, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Prior sales or real estate experience is an advantage but not required
- Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
