Job Description
Eidon Amor Properties is seeking ambitious and driven **Real Estate Agents (commission role)** to join our growing team in Downtown Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and project developments.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license and car is an advantage.
- Must be currently based in Dubai.
